Energy Efficiency:

WREC's Energy Efficiency Program consists of several ways WREC Members can help stabilize their monthly bills by making their homes more energy efficient.

Rebates are part of the Energy Efficiency Program. Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) credited a portion of WREC's power bill back to WREC to help promote energy efficiency, and WREC chose to allocate the money back to our members in exchange for putting in energy efficient measures such as appliances, windows, and insulation.
An in home energy audit is another way WREC helps members conserve energy. A certified energy consultant will visit your home and conduct an audit of your homes energy usage and offer tips for ways to make your home more energy efficient, or click here to do an online energy audit.

WREC also offers net metering services for generating systems that meet the requirements. Contact your local WREC office for more information about generation and net metering.
