At Wells Rural Electric Company, we don't believe that just some of our members come first, we believe that all of our members come first. That is why our capital credit repayment method requires us to return our margins based on something tangible, like energy usage. In other words, if you've used WREC electricity, then your capital credit check will be based on the amount of electricity you used since you became a WREC member.
