Yes, we are not alone in our challenge to make WREC a great organization serving the people of our service area. There are nearly 1,000 other electric cooperatives around the nation serving over 36 million people is 47 states. The same cooperative spirit that we live by at WREC lives throughout the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. We rely on the remarkable array of professional services available through this association that enables all of us to continue to operate and promote the cooperative way.
