Start or Stop Service
There are two ways owners can change their address.
- First, call your local office and dial extension 1616 to speak with a member service representative to change your address.
- If you have a SmartHub account, you can also change your address at your convenience via the SmartHub internet site. Just log into SmartHub to Manage Your Account, click on the “Contact Us” tab and select “Address Change” in the dropdown menu and leave your information in the comment box. Note: Addresses cannot be changed with the SmartHub phone app at this time.
