A. Company Notices to Member/owners

1. In Writing:

Notice to a member/owner will normally be in writing and will be mailed or delivered by company to the member/owner's last known address.

2. Exception

In emergencies, or when circumstances warrant, the company, where feasible, will endeavor to promptly notify the member/owner affected and may make such notification orally, either in person or by telephone.

B. Member/owner Notice to Company

The company shall not be responsible for notices given to it by the member/owner, unless they are given in writing.
