How It Works
- We review your previous 12 months of electric usage.
- We calculate your average monthly cost.
- You pay that set amount each month for the next year.
Each month, your bill will still show your actual charges and the difference between your budget payment and your real-time usage. Some months you may build a small credit. Other months, you may run slightly behind. That’s normal — it balances out over time.
Once a year, during the anniversary month of your enrollment, your account is reviewed and adjusted if needed to reflect changes in usage. Any update to your budget amount will be clearly noted on your bill, and you’ll receive a reminder letter when your annual review takes place.
