More than a Utility. A Lifeline.

My town is one of a kind. It makes sense to have a local power company run by my neighbors. As the community’s needs and priorities change, WREC keeps our best interests front and center. Public power means we have a dependable lifeline for local needs.

WREC helps me find ways to cut energy use, works with the City of Carlin and groups like Friends of the Library to facilitate community growth and opportunities, and supports hometown groups and schools.

Public power matters.

We are all part of the lifeline WREC provides to support and strengthen our community.

Who knew paying an energy bill could make you feel good? We are public power.

We are MORE POWERFUL TOGETHER
