SmartHub New User Access

Setting up an account from desktop, laptop or mobile device

From our website, www.wrec.coop, click on the “Register for Online Access” link toward the bottom of the green “Make a Payment” section of the home page.

New User Registration will require you to have

1.       Your Billing Account Number

2.       The Last Name or Business name on your account

3.       A valid e-mail address

Making a one-time payment online

If you would like to make a payment online without setting up an online account, under the same green “Make a Payment” section of the home page, click on the “Make a One-Time Payment” link.  From here you will be asked to input your account number and the last name or business name on the account before submitting a payment.

Phone Payments

To access WRECs automated phone payment system call your local WREC office and follow the prompts to make a payment.  Using the automated phone system will allow you to lookup your account using either your account number on the phone number listed on your account to process a payment.
