Setting up online payment via www.WREC.coop

  1. Visit our website wrec.coop
  2. The front page has a payment box where you can log in to your account. Click “Register for Online Access” located toward the bottom of the box.

  1. The registration link will take you to a page where you can enter your account number, last name or business and email address.
  • You can find your account number on your most recent bill or you can call into the main office at (775) 752-3328 and a member representative will be happy to help you.
  • Once you have submitted your information, you will be directed to your new account to make a payment or set up auto pay.

Setting up online payment via smartphone app

  1. You can also set up your online account through our smartphone app, SmartHub. Open the app store on any of your smart devices and search “SmartHub.”
  2. Find the app that looks like the picture below and download the app

  1. After downloading SmartHub, click on the app to open it.

  1. Select “By Location” and enter 1451 Humboldt Ave., Wells, NV, 89835 as shown below.
  • Click on the drop down address

  1. Once you have chosen the address you will be directed to the next screen.
  • Select Wells Rural Electric Co.

  1. If you set up your account via web site, you can use that information to log into your account. If you’re registering by the app, follow the same steps as before.
  1. Once you have selected WREC, the login screen will look like this:

 

8. Select “Don’t have an account? Register now.” The registration link will take you to a page where you can enter your account number, last name or business and email address.
