JOB OPENING: Field Services Analyst

Wells Rural Electric Company is currently looking for a motivated, qualified employee to join our team as a Field Services Analyst in the Wells office. The person hired for this position will be responsible for developing, planning and implementation of turn-key services to the members for field services including designing, construction, installations, inspections, that aligns with our risk mitigation strategies and compliance requirements. Identify operational material requirements; coordinate new member enrollment; assist in marketing, public relations, member service and economic development functions in support of new and existing facilities.

The qualified applicant will have:

a) High school diploma or equivalent.
b) Associates degree required bachelor’s preferred
c) Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, surveying, and design preferred
a) Minimum 3-years’ Electric utility experience, certifications or specialized training preferred
