With the launch of these new tools, WREC members can now truly receive outage notifications however they prefer:

  • SmartHub app
  • Online at OutageWebMap
  • Via social media
  • By phone, email, or text

Depending on the age of your meter, outage data may not relay automatically. While WREC has a plan in place to update all meters throughout our service territory, you may still call (800) 566-6696 in the meantime to have your outage logged and recorded.
